Any of those listed would surely step aside if another member desires to assume a particular office. Two important things to remember:
First, those assuming office should plan to serve for more than just a year. Multiple year terms in the same office will be the norm for this lodge so no one has to worry about moving up in a progressive line if they don't want to. A member can serve where he feels most comfortable without the pressure to change. There's lots of work to pass around if we all share our talents toward making this a truly great lodge!
Second, when anyone wants to take a chair for a particular reason, they will be given the opportunity to do so by the current office holder cheerfully and without any feelings of angst. We need to all work together in harmony - and we're very hopeful that the piques and quarrels which Masons should assiduously avoid will never be brought into this lodge!
